Hi i made a lovely low syn cider sauce to go with pork for supper today, thought i'd share it with you all.

just 2.5 syns for 2 portions

Serves 2
1 pork fillet (tenderloin)
1 small onion(finely chopped)
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
4 mushrooms (sliced)
1/4 pint dry cider
1/2 tub quark

Slice the fillet into pieces about 1" thick, flatten each one out slightly with the palm of your hand.
Brown on each side then place on a tray in a hot oven.
In the pan add the onion and garlic, cook over a low heat untill soft.
Add the mushrooms and once cooked add the cider. Simmer until reduced by half.
Remove from the heat.
Take the pork from the oven.
Stir the quark into the onion and mushroom mixture along with any juices from the meat.
Divide the pork between 2 plates and top with the cider sauce.
enjoy
