Hi started to refeed today had two shakes
1 tablespoon of veg and small amount of fish, 2 litres of water and 4 decaff coffees. Will post my menu for the week for you guys to check just planning it out.
thanks Kered, I was shocked at how little a tablespoon of veg is, but also how full I got on very little. Going shopping tommorow have planned my menu will put it on later,
