Can i use cambridge products?

Hi All,

I had a baby 6 weeks ago & i want to start on the Cambridge diet.
I know you cant start on ss till 3 months after given birth.
But can i still use the products as a meal replacement or 1 or 2 meals? maybe do 1000cals a day or 1200cals?

I am not breast feeding and feel this is the best time for me.
