Im just sat watching the biggest loser, watching them slog their guts out exercising whilst sipping a shake and concemplation going on the Wii (its my day off) and thinking how hard its going to be for them to maintain their weight losses without the trainers screaming down their neck and that they could probably lose just as much on LT!

someone should tell them!!

ohhh, wat channel is it on!! is it a new series love??? i absolutely love that!!!

hmmmm.... i think its on channel 3, its on after dickensons real deal everyday a 4pm i think... :)

Lmao cheeky!

Enjoying your lazy day then whilst they work hard?

I think that Lipotrim is good to get the weight off and then exercising afterwards is the best way to maintain!

But then again, its a tv programme designed to try and spur the viewers into losing weight.. although I think its kind of off putting lol

i know its mean to be entertainment but i think the amount of exercise is crazy, total unsustainable in the long run!!

Yeah im having a lovely lazy day, got an essay to start tomorrow so just making the most of doing nothing!!

Sounds good to me! lol!!

i had to go up and hand my notice in today :( was soooo scared haha!!

I really do need to exercise not sure where to start really

i froze my gym membership a few months ago as i wasnt going but i do a bit of aerobics and running and other bits on my Wii at the moment, will probably leave it a few weeks before i do anymore. i guess it depends how you feel..

I've always wondered what it would be like to have as much money as God and pay someone to assist me to lose weight, you know some one to cook all the right food, someone to show you the exercise and stay with you while you do it. Actually if I had that much money I'd just pay someone else to diet for me.:giggle:
Doirin

I've started with walking, it's a great way to get fit. I did it about 4 years ago after major back surgery. I started off just going out for 10 mins at a time and building up. At the end of my rehab I was walking 10 miles per day and I was the fitest I'd ever been. The good thing about walking is that it's low impact so doesn't hurt your joints, but you can get your heart rate up enough to make a difference.
