Butter portion size / Full Fat Soft Cheese

Is 10g of butter one of those little squares you get whilst eating out? The ones wrapped up in foil that you usually get on the side of yer baked spud?

Also, is Mascarpone included under 'full fat soft cheese' as a HE??

Don't know about the butter but I can't see mascarpone on the healthy extra A list on the website, so I think the answer is no to that one...
