too ashamed to post last week but back on track for wk 6 weigh in!!!

Well after my major binge last week i was to ashamed to post a 7lb weight gain, but now i'm all back on track and that weight has gone and then some i'm feeling good again.

mini goals
first stone gone. done :D
to drop a dress size. done :D
to lose 2 stone. almost there lol :sigh:
to lose 3 stone.
to try not to fall off the wagon again untill goal

wk 1 -7.5lb :p:D
wk 2 -6.5lb 1 stone gone :D
wk 3 -1.5lb :sigh: (TOTM)
wk 4 -6lb :eek:
wk 5 + 7lb :copon::break_diet:
wk 6 - 11.5lb :D:D:D

Well done on taking off your gain, and getting back on track.

Good for you, it's fantastic to see that a fail one week doesn't mean you have to throw the towel in forever. I hope that if I slip I will have the courage, like you have, to get back on it again. Well done and good luck.

Thank you guys, I'm just so glad that gain has gone and I have been so good since. It's like starting all over again so I do advise against eating anything and the worst thing is because you know you shouldn't eat once you have it's never ending. My motto that week was Oh Well!!!! i've ruined in now might as well have ................. and it didn't stop for a week. lol how awfull!.
All happy and smiles again now though and heading into week 7 with new determination.

Hi Jojo, wonderful to have you back.....on track! best of luck for the rest of your LT journey, the more you stick to it 100% the quicker you get to refeeding, like me...:woohoo:
 
Well done on your loss, all that binge has now gone, so just forget it and NO more binges. Well done for getting back on track.

AHHHHH Thank u so much ladies, I was tempted not to put that +7lb and just split the 11lb between the two weeks. I'm so glad i've been honest and thank you so much for your support. I am 8 days in again on tfr and going strong.

I know everyone's journey is different but as long as we get to goal it's all good.

Well done you on getting back on track. It's great to know if you do it right you can get rid of the weight gain and still enjoyed it. I did that at xmas had a great time put loads on and the next week got it off it's a great feeling. It makes you realise that you are in control. Stay strong and determined. xx:):)
