Has anyone noticed since starting this diet that every advert on telly seems to be about food! Cant get away from it!

Bloody good job I have such strong willpower at the moment!!

ive also noticed how much people talk about food as well!!

everyone saying how lovely this or that is and why etc. never used to notice this.

Definitely! I noticed that - food is everywhere!! Heehee! Oh well at least we're getting skinny!

must just be so so conditioned to it in our day to day lives that it all absorbs without us really registering it.

BUT

now we do. we r already more aware. great things happening every day with these diet, helping us to grow as people whilst shrinking as people lol

Yes, when I was on the diet people actually looked like food. I must have cannablism in my genes.
