Work Residential

Help I'm going on a work residential tomorrow ans staying at a posh hotel for 2 days. I'm being very careful on my 1000, weighing everything and playing by the book. I will take TB with me and can only hope they have fish or salad on the evening menu! How I am going to resist the lunches I don't know and worst of all I get weighed the evening I come back!

Hi kernowmum, just be careful with your choices and go for the chicken/fish salad option if you can also on the 1000 plan you are able to have some carbs now so you should be fine!
