Red Day Spanish Cod

Made this tonight and it was the easiest thing to make and very tasty!

Total syns: 2(ish)

2 cod loin fillets
1 carton chopped tomatoes with sliced olives (roughly 2 syns, I'd say)
4 artichoke hearts, chopped (from a tin)
a few chopped spring onions
tbsp capers, rinsed
tsp garlic granules
a few dashes of lemon pepper


Put everything in a pot and simmer with the lid on until fish is opaque and cooked, flipping over halfway through.
