hi all

just wanted to share, my week 9 weigh in and i am now officially just 'overweight' - does this mean that my Wii Fit will no longer groan when i get on???? lol

Well done! I hit mine today at 209 lbs but the stupid thing in my profile says it's still 30 when it's 29.8 LOL!!

I am really chuffed! 22lbs to go, although this may change as i get closer - may want to get rid of a little more whilst i am at it!

i am thinking along the same lines Izzycat for myself, i have set my BMI to just within the healthy weight range, and i will SS until then. But i would really like to lose another stone on top of that and get to 11 7, but would be quite happy to get that off by moving up the plans and excercising. this diet makes you think anything is possible, i would never have concieved of being 11 stone something a year ago!!!
