I have just had an enormous meal which consisted of:

A salmon fillet 175g uncooked - 6pts
300g of mashed potato with skimmed milk and light spread - 4pts
1 small corn on the cob -1pt
1 cup of peas - 1pt

total - 12pts

Is this right or am I erring in my favour again?:confused:

I am totally stuffed but I know that in 2 hours I will be relying on all my self control and will power not to eat the TRIFLE I made earlier with good intentions for the family but will surely taunt me relentlessly until it is gone.:copon:
 
i would say thats probably about right. the salmon is right, and you probably used less than 1/4pt of skimmed milk and only a tsp or two of spread? i dont know how much a cup is.. though 1/4lb (115g) peas is 1 point..
