I also use the lemon in hot water and drink it, its really refreshing, free and nice on a cold day when you just can't drink juice or water

It is free but when I first read yor post I thought you were talking about the Jif cleaner......oh my word I think I should go and lie down in a darkened room somewhere.......

Haha girls dont worry, when my mother first suggested it i thought she was taking the piss and laughed at her also.. then when i did realise she wasnt, i tried to look it up online and couldnt find it, which made me question it even more!!

so just to clear that up ladies.. i do not, put cleaning products on my pancakes.. nore do i need any syn values for them, thank you very much!!! x
