Can someone please explain to me how I can be 8 st 12 in the morning and then 9 st 6 at weigh in? It is very annoying. I am fed up - I don't really understand if I've reached target or not and now I want to revise my morning target weight to 8 st 10 to make up for the massive fluctuations in my weight and that sounds far too little. I lost the few pounds I put on at Christmas only to put them back on with a really excessive weekend. My CDC really panicked me going on about people putting it all back on so I am back on packs for lunch and dinner at the mo but I don't understand how her scales can show a whole 8lbs more than mine, even taking into account the different time of the day. My feet are freezing and my legs keep going numb. I currently seem to be pigging out at the weekends and then eating nothing and panicking in the week - not a very good maintenance plan!! D'ya reckon she's rigged her scales so I keep buying the stuff haha?? Which is the most accurate reading - the morning or the evening one??
