Would this work??

Hi everyone dose anyone know if i would be able to freeze loaded potatoe skins that have laughing cow and onion in and just take them out the morning that im going to eat them? if not would i be able to pre make them the day before and pop them in the oven the day after to crisp up a little or will they go to soft and soggy? thanks

I have made loaded potatoes and frozen them with no problem, just heating them in the oven when I wanted them. However, I admit that these were made with butter, bacon, cheese and eggs.

Ok il give it a go as i dont always have time to do jackets from scratch as its late when i get home. will let you all know how they turn out
