Hi everybody!

Just thought I'd come and introduce myself as my wife and I are new to this particular diet.

We were previously succesful with The Cambridge Diet where we lost around 10 stone between us in around 3 months, just wondering what results you're seeing with this diet?

I'm not expecting Cambridge scale results, but what are you losing on average in a week, bearing in mind that my starting weight is 294 lbs. Do you lose more the bigger you are?

10 stone in 3 months thats fantastic i think the avarage loss on cs is about 5/6 pounds in the first wk some lose more than that but from what ive read id say that would be the avarage, i think on any diet the bigger you are the weight comes of faster in the first few wks
