ok so now i've eaten everything

supposed to be working!
my CD still has not arrived and i CAN. NOT. WAIT to get started. but today i went really overboard in effort to say goodbye to all my favorite foods for a while. not so much of an effort. not sure why i (we?) do it?
ANYWAY i feel good (physically stuffed) because now i've eaten everything. it was great and all but where did it leave me?
my plan for the next 3 months is very simple. stay on ss for the first 2 weeks. ss+ for the remainder of the time all toward looking banging in my bikini on my vacay in Florida at the end of august.
i used to be regular at the gym but after a bad breakup 2 months ago ive let myself get lazy and complacent and out of control re.food. it's fine, I had to deal somehow. i am SO done. i've freaking eaten everything, there is nothing left to eat!!!
So, my goal is to get myself to the gym again (i love it) for at least 1.5 hours of cardio at least 4 times a week. i also bought a home mini elliptical today to get my ass moving when im watching tv at home in the evenings.
i will be on here a lot for support.

Good luck with CD - you'll do fab - I need some of your motivation to go to the gym lol !!
