Are we really not allowed chewing gum??? and only listerine mouthwash???

don't understand as you don't swollow it??

Sorry but that's right. You can always carry around a mini bottle of listerine or use listerine mouth strips, they melt on the tongue and are lovely and refreshing. This is a very strict diet but it does work.

Chewing gum has citric acid that knocks you out of ketosis x
