I'm hoping some of you will have some low or no syn dessert reciepes, although i like yoghurts i'm getting kind of fed up of them! HELP!

2 of my fave v easy puds:

Berries, vlf natural yog, with a crumbled meringue nest on top - 2.5 syns.

A sachet (11g) of options hot chocolate powder mixed into quark, makes a yummy choccie puddng - 2 syns.

I use my food mixer to whip froth into a cold (but not yet set) jelly, when it is full of bubbles, I then add a muller light and keep whisking until the whole thing about doubles in size and becomes all froth.

When you set this, it is a lovely mousse. A whole pack of sugar free jelly is 2 syns (although 1/2 a packet whips up nice with one muller so using only 1 syn for an enormous bowl .. sort of 4 portions worth!) (or use 2 mullers to a whole jelly sachet - 2 syns)

orange jelly + a choc sprinkles muller
strawberry jelly + strawberry muller
lemon and lime jelly + vanilla muller

you get the idea :)

For something quick and simple, I cut an apple into slices and sprinkle it with splenda and cinnamon. It's tasty! :)

Quark, sweetner and a chocolate options(2syns) and whatever fruit you have in.

I am making this tomorrow, I have a kitchen aid, do you think I should use the whisk beater or the flat beater.

I have a kitchen aid :D I use the whisk beater.

First time you make it, I recommend that you use half the jelly powder sachet with half the liquid (ie make up 1/2 pt), whisk the cold liquid jelly till frothy, then add the muller and at first you will see bubbles on top, then the bubble structure changes as the bubbles go through the whole mixture.

Once you have made it the once, you will know your personal preference for the amount of jelly/liquid/yog to use, and you can tweak it the second time.

yum yum yum :)

Other ideas for Big Loser -

As a B choice you can have a baked apple stuffed with mincemeat - add either free fromage frais or a synned squirt of cream and that makes a lovely pudding :D

And you can make syn free rice pudding (free on green or EE) by boiling pudding rice in water, straining it off and mixing with a muller light and fresh fruit (I like it with toffee yog and fresh banana)

AND there are the syn free pancakes (search for my post in the recipe section) topped with lemon and sweetener or if I dare mention it - yogurt!!
