I couldn't wait!

Hello CDers! I really couldn't wait to post here. I have been watching you for days now (in a non-stalker kind of way of course) while waiting for my CD shipment to arrive (I live in NYC - it's coming in from Ohio) and I just wanted to say hello and I cannot wait to start.
My best friend back in London did CD with amazing results and I know it will work for me as you can look forward to a normal healthy meal every day. (Is this correct?)
While I wait for my CD shakes, I am doing a slimfast-cd hybrid: 1 slimfast shake a day with two healthy meals.
My biggest challenge will be the discipline as I have struggled with an ED (seeing a shrink for that now).

hello and good luck. im on day 6 and i feel great! i cant wait for my wi tomorrow!! i think that anyone that needs to lose quite a bit of weight should do this diet, its so easy and works so quickly. x x

good luck! Wow NYC!! That is my dream destination, I am obsessed with wanting to go there! Whereabouts in NYC are you? I was planning a hol there this year but can't afford it this year. Maybe for a honeymoon!!!
