Dia duit a chairde! Conas ata tu? (Hello everyone/friends, how are you?) That's the Irish lesson over for tonight

Being having a look around the supermarket (s) in anticipation of refeed :). Feel a little suspicious walking in, checking all the labels on foods and then brazenly walking back out empty handed.:D but it has to be done.

I haven't been able to source low fat fromage frais or low fat/0% fat greek yoghurt. Anyone from Dublin know where they can be picked up?

Thanks

M

Top o the mornin to you (thats my Irish......lol)

Chelcie is from Ireland, but I am not too sure which part. I am sure she will be along soon and maybe she can help you with your query.

Good luck on refeed.

lol, you're practically fluent!!

Just thinking you should write a Lipotrim refeed book and get Lipotrim to sponsor you. I printed off a lot of your refeed diary this morning (hope that is ok) but had to throw away a "tree" weeding out the refeed day menus. :(

I never thought to cut and paste before printing and have felt guilty about the environment ever since!

Anyway, get writing that book so that I can be a size 10 too :jelous: and save the world at the same time.

I think I am destined to always feel guilty about something all of the time.

LOL at the tree wasting, but glad that my diary has been helpful to you and others. We are all refeeding differently after the first 2 weeks of refeed, but its nice to see that you can eat and drink and also have some snacky type things naughty and healthy and it really works. Just keep account of what you are eating when you start and dont let it become an obsession. Just cut back a little the next day if you have overdone it one day and follow the refeed to the book to avoid those glycogen levels getting up to normal levels too quickly.

Im glad you approve of my Irish, I am pleased with my fluency! lol.

Perhaps you might be better to send a message to her, or open a thread for the attention of chellywellyboot. She was on last night, but she must have missed your thread.
