Here Again

Hi.......

I have been lurking around here for a while now - I WAS a successful loser having followed LL in 2003 & lost 7 1/2 stone.

But....here I am again - in the last 2 yrs I have moved counties, changed my job, left a relationship to become single for the first time in 22 years, bought my own place to live alone - also for the 1st time - I have learnt alot, cried alot & laughed alot but I also now find myself 4 stone heavier & feeling sorry for myself. I have changed so many things for the better but the 1 thing that bothers me the most in my life is actaully the hardest to overcome & change.
I have been reading all the threads/positives/diets etc on here for a while now & have decided that I need to get myself in to gear, face up to how I feel & try to tackle this again. I am hoping to get back so CD SS tomorrow - I should have started today - but well.....it hasn't exactly happened.
I thought it best to get some thoughts down on here as I know that you are all a massive support & will know exactly where I am coming from.
Here goes..............I can't actually remember how to do much on here, but I am sure I will pick it up again soon.

Hi Fitz, welcome back!

I've only been on here a few days to be honest. Been on SS for a week and had my first weigh in today. It is really helpful being on here and seeing how much everyone else has lost...it keeps you going sometimes just knowing you can do it if you stick to it xx

Gosh you lost so much weight that time with LL and you've been through so much since. But now its the right time for you to get back on track so a big congratulations on taking that first step.
