1.) I bought one satchet of the chicken soup today (thats all I dared get after the last time I tried it!), I am going to use pepper, but instead of chilli flakes, could we use tabasco sauce instead or is that a big no no???
2.) When can we start to excercise and how much can we do? Read on here not to do too much as we go into starvation (thought we already were!!)and not loose any weight-dont w, but want to move things along a bit quicker and tone up. Have got some yoga and pilates dvd's I got free in the paper, and wander would that be ok to start with?
