Hi everyone,
I am on day 21 today and go for my 3rd weighing later. I was just wondering whether anyone else has experienced sickness with LT.
Everytime I have a shake I do feel sick and sometimes struggle with the 3rd but I do try and drink that. Only yesterday I couldn't manage to keep my lunch or water down and was constantly sick. So may only have kept my breakfast shake down. Now I am really worried about my weigh in today:cry:
