I have lost my diet mojo!

It all started on Friday when i went out with the girlies, several magnas later and a cheeseburger.... sat went for a 10 mile bike ride, ending up in a cafe where my friend works. had a coffeee and flapjack cos it had 'oats' in it!! then my friend bought me out a 'free' chelsea bun!! but its not FREE is it!!!... i still ate it later at home....

sunday was ok.

Yesterday i went out with mum and sis, stopped at a farm shop for 'spuds' came out with yoghurt coated peanuts and cheese straws!! arrgghhh!!!

Now i feel like i have lost my diet mojo!! i am only on week 2!!

I have about 6 weeks to a venue i want to wear a nice dress to. I jst feel like i am going back to making excuses again....

Weall do it hun....just don't let the bad few days turn into a bad few weeks and anyway, if you you have had a low syn week it may not affect you too much :)

Just think about how great you will feel in 6 weeks if you keep going! Alot can be achieved in that time, so stop beating yourself up, put it behind you and start again :):)

K xx

I had a weekend like that last weekend. You just need to say you had a fun weekend, had tasty food, but that's enough now, and put all your energies into getting back onto the plan.

I kinda enjoy my meanders off plan, but once I know I've had it, I'm back on the straight and narrow again! Good luck!

Hi hun, just draw a line under it and start fresh. We all have times like this and it just depends how we deal with it. To be honest, you may have burned most of it off with your 10 mile bike trip xx

I know, i just feel like i have failed yet another diet! and i always seem to be on one.

am dreading going to class tomoroz cos i feel like a failure and am worried i have put back on the 4lbs i lost last week!!

I have had a rubbish day today and hardly eaten anything! Maybe i just need to get weighed tommorow and hopefully that will snap me back in to shape!!!

Fanx guys x

I've had that kind of weekend too, bank holidays aren't good for dieting! I started off with good intentions, having red days for a change, but I don't think they agree with me and I just got worse as the weekend went on, eating anything and everything, and I mean the proper bad stuff. But I'm back on track today, having a nice green day. It's just one of many blips along the way! Go to weigh in and get it over and done with and start again, don't starve yourself, you'll only feel worse. I'm sure a lot more at group will have had one of those weekends too, we can't be perfect all the time. Good luck, it probably won't be as bad as you thought x
