Not sure if I am posting this in the right place, but was wondering if any CD'ers had bought any?

I was thinking of buying the Davina Mcall one as it seems to have the best reviews on Amazon...my only concern is...I have not excercised in about 15 years!

any recommendations?

apparently thats a really good one, as are the ministry of sound dance ones (if you can ignore the skinny b*tches! lol).
Just be careful doing too much exercise if your on SS/SS+ as you wont be getting a lot of calories.
hth and enjoy! :)

An old school friend of mine went from a size 16 to a size 8 purely from doing the Davina workout every other day. It is supposed to be very intense though!

i will start them once i go up a level - i have used Nell McAndrew in the past and have to admit he work out do work ... hard hitting at first but really help toning etc , have look on eBay so you can get a few see which ones you like

I've got a couple of the Davina DVDs (think one of them is the power of 3?). The power of 3 one is really good as its divided into three different sections, so you can just pick one if you don't want to do the whole thing. Think they are about half an hour each.

However, they are pretty hardcore, and they make you use weights and stuff (although i guess you don't have to). One of the three is called core stability I think, which is a bit more easy going, but I think still maybe a bit tough if you are SSing...

Have you thought about a yoga or pilates DVD? maybe a good way to ease you in before you step the exercise up a bit when you're on a higher plan. I know that over exerting yourself can lead to bad things (eg. passing out) when youre doing SS if you are not careful.

Hope this helps a bit x

Thanks guys...Yes Liz I agree, I have ss for 9 days now and am quite light headed especially in the evening so I think the yoga might be a good idea to start.
