Hoorah it wasnt the exante bar I ate that gave me such terrible stomach problems, must have been a nasty bug instead. Have tried another bar since then and although I was not too keen on it (choc and orange) it didnt affect me.

I bought the promotion pack but have not yet started to use it, am working through some cognitive behaviour to prepare me before I start properly this time.

Not sure to go total or to add a meal if there a lot of difference in weight loss between the two plans?

Hi Vanda!

Glad to hear it wasn't the bars which caused your stomach problems. :)

I thought you were doing LL? Or are you just doing the CBT on LL?

I have re-started Total Solution on 4 packs per day. It's definitely a lot easier than 3 packs a day, which I tried previously.

TS or WS? I think it depends what you prefer. I know Sarah has had great losses each week with WS. I am doing TS because I need to cut food out for a while. I tend to eat too much and not lose any weight on WS!

Did you have problems getting your Exante packs? Something about the delivery depot being out of your way? Or was that someone else?!

Glad you're still with us on Exante. When are you planning to start?

Good luck with CBT - let us know how you are getting on and if it works! :)

Yes it was me who had problems getting the pack have still got that one as have been faffing about deciding which plan to follow. Went to the LL info session but object to having to pay my GP to confirm the health form. Am working on the cognitive issues myself, the book recommends a period of two weeks preparation developing coping strategies and all that.

Was thinking of the total solution myself as I too feel the break from food would be a good thing for a least a while. Have been looking at another VLCD diet plan too as that is one you can buy over the net (but cannot talk about on this site) so depends on how I get on with the Exante promotion pack, have worked out a way to get around the delivery problems so will see how I get on.

I will be glad when I eventually stop faffing and get on with things!
