Hi Everyone
I am new to this website thought I would join to speak to people going through the same journey. I have just switched from Slimming World to Cambridge on my 5th day and feel great today. The first 4 days were hard though but hopefully worth it.
Just struggling to set my profile up! Can anyone give me an idea of on average how much weight you loose a month? I have around 7 stone to loose.
Thanks
Kelxx:p

With CD you can expect to lose about a stone a month. Some people lose more others less as its down to how your own body works and of course how much you stick to it!!! Good luck with your journey oh and welcome to mini's, you'll find lots of support and encouragement on here xx

Excellent thank you, roll on Wednesday for my first weigh in! x

Hi Lizi
I am sure you will feel fine by tomorrow, I really struggled through the first four days but today I feel great! No hunger pains which makes it so much easier.Yes this looks like a great idea to keep up willpower and look at how others are getting on. Good luck in your first week. Keep me posted on how you get on.
Love Kelxx

Hi Kel (and all other starters this week),

It really does get so much easier and just wait until the first week weigh in - you'll be hooked!

I'd like to lie and say that the boredom goes away completely Lizi, but I can honestly say that it get's easier as you keep going. I found that the first couple of weeks I felt obiliged to try all the soups and shakes and felt I should have a soup at night etc. Now I just stick to the 3 or 4 of flavours I like the most. I introduced bars in week 3 ( I have one every evening) and found this really helped as I missed the whole chewing experience so much!

Keep with it, you'll love the results and although it might make you a temporary recluse you'll be so glad you've done it by the summer!

Take care X

Excellent thanks for the replies, I agree it def gets easy after four days, I feel great in fact! Just excited and nervous in one about getting weighed tomorrow night, I set my expectations high on losing loads so hopefully I will be pleased tomorrow. Good luck to everyone xx
