i woke up this morning and felt like id been kicked in the belly my head is pounding and in throughing up thick yellow bile dont know where ive picked this bug up from but it can go back as fast as it came, my daughter keeps saying i have swine flu lol it better be gone tomorrow i have to take the dog to the vet for his stitches out and book him in for the other leg doing

Oh you poor love...I hate tummy bugs...hope you're feeling better soon. Try drinking some flat 7up...it helps to rehydrate you if it stays down!

thanks feeling a bit better now just sticking to water for now the thought of eating some thing doesnt appeal lol
