19pt vegetarian food diary - help and suggestions welcome

Right I am starting this food diary in the hope that I will get help and support in my food choices and also hoping it might help others

breakfast

recipe for spagbol veggie sauce
Chuck all the following in a slow cooker it makes 12 good portions and is 1/2 a point per portion
2 bags quorn mince (600g)
4 med onions finely dices and dry fried in frylight
454g mushrooms finely diced and dry fried in frylight
3 tins chopped tomatoes
6 cloves of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon dried mustard
splash of balsamic
2 teaspoons of dried Italian herb mix
1 bottle passatta

this fills my oval slow cooker and I cook it for at least 4 hours on high - it tastes even better on day two :)

freezes well and makes a great sauce for lasagne too

Well I was deliberately under on points yesterday as I was supposed to be going out for lunch today (for my birthday) but daughter too ill to join us so I have postponed

and any fat free dressing (I used honey and mustard)

this morning I went without breakfast but had some chips mid morning
4pts or maybe 6 as they were unweighed I am a little unsure

hey aaleigha, just a quick Q, which sugar free lollies is it your having? ive been looking for some low point ones for a sugar fix, currently on with cherry tic tacs but can see me getting bored fast!
