Layout help!

Hi,

This is my 2nd day and I would like to get my weight height picture etc on the side bar under my name and my goals in a signature under my posts...

I seem to have lost myself round this website trying to alter my profile - please help - I would like to keep my mind off food!!!!!!!!!!

hey, if you go to 'user cp' in the blue box at top of screen, then click on 'edit avatar' to add pic under name, and 'edit signature' to put in goals x
