Diluting sugarfree orange, is it allowed on cd?

Is diluting sugarfree orange allowed on cd? You know the one that you put in your water to make it more bearable to drink? Anyways the reason I am asking, my mate is having alot of trouble drinking the water on its own so she wanted me to find out would it make any difference to her weightloss? I didnt know, i thought it wouldnt have but no harm in checking just incase.

You can only use the one that you get from your CDC. Any other ones tend to have citric acid in them or a salt content which isn't allowed on CD.
HTH.

The water flavouring lasts for ages from CDC, I know its supposed to be 15L per tub but I've had mines now for 4 weeks and theres still loads left! Well worth the £6 or whatever your CDC charges

It's supposed to be 1 tspn full a day and it says you need 1 tspn in a pint of water. BUT, 1/4 of a tspn does me in a pint of water, it is very strong, so you can use it for all your water intake if you need to.
Also, my CDC said, that they would rather you use 2 tspns of water flavouring and DRINK your water, than not drink enough.
Def worth the money. I've been on this diet 16 wks, and I am still working my way through pot no.2. Still loads left. Don't use it every day though.
