I'm meeting up with someone in the middle of June and I really really want to look my best. So much so I'm considering not meeting him then and rearranging for in a couple of months so I've got more time to lose weight! Pathetic I know!! Anyway, I was just wondering what can I realistically expect by the middle of June in weight loss or shrinking clothes sizes? I know everyone is different, but I'd like to have an idea if possible. I want to lose as much as possible in this time. I'm not sure what I can really do to help my weight/inch loss though other than just sticking to my 4 CD meals a day. So just hopefully I'll have amazing weight losses and feel confident enough to see him!
