Hey:party0011:!

So excited! Started new challenge last Monday and the class was double what it was last time! I got introduced as the returning Champ! :queen:lol!

The prize money should be more this time due to class numbers! My friend came with me too, so a little healthy competition is always good!

Theses classes are so good at keeping me focuses on the task! I am so in it to win it!!

Also holiday all paid for, so just need to work on my bikini bod!! :character00180:

Anyway I am really happy today so thought I'd share!

Will post weigh in tomorrow, hoping to have lost the 3 pounds that I put on last week! :girlpower:

Hi Jess, lovely to see you all fired up and ready to go!!

Are you still 'cheffing to the letter? You're doing sooooo well. I'm sure you'll have lost at least what you put on. Look forward to hearing how you did. Good luck with the challenge too!
You're going to be a real skinnie-minnie on this holiday! x

Hey Jan,
I am still cheffing it, although sometimes I eat some extra fruit or a extra snack bar but seems to be still working!! :)

Hows you diet going? Not had a lot of time to read posts? I am thinking of suggesting lipotrim to my Mum.

Hope you are well!

I'm fine thanks Jess, hope you are too!

I'm doing great thanks. I can understand that LT might not be for everyone. It IS very severe. Hardly any choices just 3 flavours of shakes, one soup and 2 flavours of 'flapjack'. I put that in quotes as many people can't eat them at all and liken them to all kinds of disgusting things but I actually quite enjoy them AND they help keep you 'regular' ;).
However lack of choice is a GOOD thing for me. As is the fact that you have to do it 100% or you may as well not bother (ie. lack of choice again)
It's certainly working well for me. I have just a stone left to go which I should manage in 4-5weeks. I know I would still be yo-yoing around the 13.5-14sts if I hadn't started this in February whereas I'm now 11.5 and will soon be where I want to be at 10.5.
Costwise - it seems a lot at £36 per week but it's just about the cheapest of the VLCDs and I have found that overall I'm actually saving money because I don't buy anything else for me except coffee and sparkling water. Most people do say that - it's not just me.

The other thing it does is take you away from food completely which gives you a/the opportunity to become aware of your (usually unhealthy) relationship with it and b/the chance to sort it out once and for all. I know I've learned LOADS!

I would thoroughly recommend it but as I've already said - it's not for everyone.

You usually WI on a Sunday so I'm off to see if there's a thread about that! I notice you now have less to lose than you've lost! That's a HUGE milestone IMO!! Well done you! xx
