HELP NEEDED

Hi everyone, i have finished a nightshift a couple of hours ago, but now have four nights off, any ideas with things to do to resist temptation as all i seem to be thinking about is food!, please help:wave_cry:
 
The joys of working in a place and getting time off, i miss that about ireland. I used to work a week in the Mater hospital in dublin and then one week off which was great. You dont get that in England!! Anyways gone totally off topic but it brought back memories.

Keep yourself busy as possible over those four days, if you have to, go for walks, clean the house, anything really to stop you thinking about food. As time goes by it does get better and you do stop dreaming off it.
 
Treat yourself to a book and sit outside and soak up the sun, evening treat yourself to a Chick Flick Film. Do as many stress free things as possible. Take care!

Perhaps u could do a spring clean of your home?? Its a great way to keep busy and sort out any unwanted items.

With the weather being soo lovely and all, hope it is where you are, as advised by miss_unknown going out for a nice walk sounds good!

Or has there beeen anything that you've wanted to do/go to that you have been putting off?? If so then you have 4 days to do it! :D
