I wouldn't syn mashed banana.

Me neither I think the whole thang is if its cooked it changes the structure of the sugars i.e. raw its not as fattening as when its cooked as the sugar content is higher due to heating up the sugars - you knw how carrots get sweet when they are cooked - all that kinda jazz....

:)

Omg fnm you are preg and on cd!?!?!?

I think i read somewhere that you have to syn mashed banana and not potato because banana has a sugar content and if you mash it you can eat more than you realise, think so anyway. But if you didn't over do it and keep an eye on how much you have it might be ok. xxx

My consultant said that you syn mashed banana, but not sliced. I've found it!
