Hi Just joined Slimming World. Keep hearing about a food directory and password. Can anyone clarify?

At your meeting you should have been given a password by your consultant that allows you access into the 'members only' bit of the SW website.

The website, and the paper directory, give you the syns for just about everything on the market. Also, the website has recipes and a whole load more to help you on your journey.

Ring or text your consultant, and they will give you this weeks password. It wont be given out on here.
