Hmmm, I think the word to focus on here is 'may'. It's like the get-out clause on diet aids "may help weight-loss when combined with a calorie controlled diet". Meaning that watching how many calories you eat and expend will enable you to lose weight anyway, whether you use this product or not.;)

I started drinking redbush tea after reading The No 1 Ladies Detective Agency:D. I prefer it black. I have never seen caramel redbush tea though, will look out for it.

Oh I saw a couple episodes on bbc1 of that. You can buy the caramel in Lidl, think they do vanilla and an orange flavour too.
