how long after seeing the cd counsellor for the first time did every body start and how do u pay for your products do u pay by card or cash.i just need to know these things for wen i see my counsellor

I saw my CDC on the Thursday and started on the Friday. I think you have to pay cash. Well I do anyway, I don't think CDC's have the ability to accept cards.

I saw my CDc on late Monday afternoon, started on the Tuesday. As Mrs Scoffalot says, I don't think they'd be able to accept card (nowhere to swipe it!), but they accept cash, and possibly cheques. Best to ask as I'm sure it differs for each CDc

I saw my CDC a week before I started, though I could have started that day but I wanted to do some more research, prepare my body/mind for it, and talk it over properly with my OH. I then started the day that I met her again. She accepts CASH or CHEQUE

I had to wait before I could start as my BMI is over 40 so I need the Dr to sign my form. The day I got the form back I called her and she saw me within the hour, then I started the next day.
Mine accepts cash or cheques.

does your counsellor give u the form for your doctor to sign cos my bmi is over 40

\yes you need to take the form to your GP and get it signed, but I think (but i might be wrong) that you can start on a higher plan without the signature???
As for my CDC, I saw her one day then started the next.... and I pay cash.

I saw mine on the Monday, started the Tuesday after but still have WIs on Monday. I pay by cheque, first time with card details on the back, but now we know eachother she doesn't bother with the card details anymore .
Halfway through the week I email my order for collection the following Monday.

I saw my CDC in the morning and had avoided breakfast that day, so started as soon as she left. I always pay by cheque, but it turns out we knew each other years ago when our children were at playschool together...
