had wi today and usually would have a massive blow out but i only lost half and decided i need to stop with the binges so i have had 3 joes pork and leek sausages mccains rustic chips 300g (3syns) beans and healthy extra cheese I am doing extra easy by the way. It felt so indulgent and naughty I wonder why I have never thought of doing this before xx

Your tea sounds delicious, I love those Rustic chips, never tasted Joe's sausages though.

Well done for not having loads of rubbish (aka yummy naughty stuff) after your WI, I'm sure it'll make a difference.

Ooooh! I forgot I had the chips in the freezer. Thanks for the reminder! I might have to do an EE day tomorrow and have them with my Joe's peppered pork steaks!
