So so happy have ss all the way 100% no blips and Im over the moon and proud to say that I have lost

3 stone 1 pound....... Wohhhhhh

I LOVE CD DIET...... IT SURE DOES ROCK..

Feeling a million times better and cant wait to lose my next 2 1/2 stone til goal...

Stay motivated and you can do it too xxx

11 weeks already , you have really set your mind to CD , wow . wish i'd of stuck my head into it 11 weeks ago , I have restarted day 3 over and this time I have really had no headaches as such and felt ok . So be at goal !
