using maintenance to lose weight

hi

i wasnt sure where to post this but thought as its still lipotrim this would be ok.

today i bought two weeks worth of maintenance products online from lipotrim and am awaiting delivery for them so im just having three meals a day until i get them, without snacks and thought id do pretty basic food too

i hope it works!

I hope so too honey - i am thinking of doing this to help me lose my last stone or so after my holiday in june - will you keep me posted on how you are doing? and if it is working?

A friend of mine is thinking of doing it that way as well as she only has about 20 LB to loose so if she decides to do it i will get her to log on here and let you know

Good luck, I'd love to know exactly what you are eating on the maintenance plan, can I hope that you will give us a day by day food diary ??????

im not sure myself yet but once i get into it i would..but would it not be fair on those of you who are eating? i dont want to upset anyone
