Activity points

i had one of those and they are quite good. There is a formula but its based on your weight and time of excercise not distance.
 
Hi it depends on how long you were running for but -
20 mins would give you 2½-3 points
25 mins would give you 3-3½ points
30 mins would give you 4 points.

I did 30 mins so if that earned me 4 points I eradicated the kit kat i ate in the afternoon!!
