Spag bol points?

I was going to make spag bol for tea with turkey mince but i'm a bit confused on the points. Do I weigh the mince and pasta uncooked? Does anyone have the correct points values?

All the sauce is made from 0 points veg so i'm ok with that.

yes you weigh the ingredients uncooked. pasta is 1 pt per 20g dried weight, but i dont know turkey mince values - sorry x
