Green Day Help Please..

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how many king prawns are you allowed on a green day as a healthy extra..

You can have 142g of prawns as a HE B on a green day.

Depends on the size! I have a 180g bag in my freezer which contains about 24 prawns so maybe 18/20 prawns or so???

Do you not have scales at all or just none where you are right now? If you don't have any I would get some, they are essential!

Anyway, hope this helps, you can certainly have a fair few prawns for you HEX.
