hi im on my forth day on refeed and i just made chicken stuffed with garlic soft cheese and ham and now am worried that i shouldnt have

it was lovely too but wasnt keen on butternut squash with the fromage frais im gunna do i refeed diary now i think i no wat am doing lol

IT does sound yummy but dont have anymore soft cheese until atleast a week of refeeding..

I have a cheese triangle every day and didnt start eating these until day 13 x
