Angela, this is the monthly challenge, every month a new one is created...
 
this will be my first challenge as i am due to start my diet on wednesday (providing it arrives ok tomorrow!!)
 
so which one do we need to be on?
 
I don't know... it's different from the ones I was on so far, we add all the names to a list and update the list at every WI...
 
i'm happy here if everyone else is?

quick question, if i start my diet on weds and the challenge starts on friday, i will be weighing in on a weds so will my first weight loss result be 9 days or do i just do it every wednesday? (if this makes sense?!)
 
I just post my regular weigh ins for the month-I weigh in on a Friday so this month I will be posting my first result on May1st, but if I had a weigh in on say May3rd I would just post it then.Clear as mud right?
 
so if my first WI is next weds, i just post it the same day? sorry for being a pain! lol
