Given the rubbish few months I've had I've booked myself a beach holiday today. I'm off for a week in Tunisia with my Mum at the beginning of June. I shall of course be being extra brave and wearing a bikini and showing my freaky saggy stomach to everyone on the beach but I don't care!

It's so great to have the confidence to wear a bikini even though my body is far from perfect-it's so much better than the whale I once was.

I'm sure I'll feel better for a bit of sunshine and a tan (which always has a slimming effect!)

Me too. It would be nice not to be the one that everyone stares at thinking 'she's too big for a bikini'.
