Biggest Looser UK on today

Hi All,

Thought I would just let you know that Biggest Looser UK is back on TV today and they are in couples too. It is on at 4pm on itv, not sure when it's repeated though.

I love all kind of weight loss programmes. It really helps with the motivation I find, especially if you see someone who is roughly the same size or has the same circumstances.

i porbably wont get to see it, trying to find out if it will be on catch up

I've been watching the biggest loser programmes both UK and US versions since they began. They're brilliant, just a shame the latest series is on at a stupid time. The girl who won the Nancy part, Jody Prenger? was originally on the Biggest Loser and lost loads of weight. I hope its repeated so i can see it.
