This sounds good!!! were do I get it from?? do you just sprinkle it on chichen etc. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!

Hi there,

You'll get it in the spices section of the supermarket.

Just sprinkle it onto the chicken and it will be ok.

thanks!!! when I can eat some carbs I am going to toast a multigrain bagel with warm chichen cooked in chinese spice with lettuce tomatoe and some fat free creme fresh with chives!!!! Yum yum yum, cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You can have chinese five spice from th beginning!

Its much nicer if you put it on before you cook the chicken or what ever your putting it on the flavour sinks in whilst cooking
