Does anyone else find this is better then the old one with the eating out bit at the back. There seems to be more foods with syn values this time.

I'm pretty sure it's £7.50 (you can buy it at your class) but the website is free - just as good I think!!!

Hopefully we will have some at class tonight so I can get one - I like that they have decided to go back to doing it in makes rather than types - that drove me insane!

It's not arranged alphabetically I'm afraid. It's in sections - free food, free branded, syn smart and syn basket. Yes it's a nightmare to find anything!

i have to agree its much easier to find things in this one than the last one as yes there are a few sections but then its in alphabetical by whomever makes it so makes it far easier to find. also treated myself to the free food book and the low syn snacks one

I have ordered the directory and low syn snacks, as my consultant doesn't keep them in stock and can usually get them within a week anyway.
Looking forward to it actually, sad as that may be!!!
